She consistently made herself available and checked in with us frequently during the subsequent house-hunting and buying process. As we got ready to close on a house, she even offered to help with our move and with a required repair. Ms. Sambrano always went above and beyond the call of duty in supporting us and keeping us informed. We felt she genuinely sympathized as a friend throughout the ups and downs of a challenging seller situation.
