At our first chance meeting, Hortencia Sambrano was very welcoming and accommodating and took the time to show us a house, even though we didn't have an appointment. She consistently made herself available and checked in with us frequently during the subsequent house-hunting and buying process. As we got ready to close on a house, she even offered to help with our move and with a required repair. Ms. Sambrano always went above and beyond the call of duty in supporting us and keeping us informed. We felt she genuinely sympathized as a friend throughout the ups and downs of a challenging seller situation. We would highly recommend her as an experienced, knowledgeable, persevering, and friendly professional.

We have purchased and sold 4 homes and Hortencia was hands down the best realtor we have ever used. She met all of our needs and was very helpful during the entire process! We had a lot of issues with the build and she was always an advocate for us and made it feel like we had an advocate along the way. I would use her again in a heartbeat!
