Holly recently sold me my 2nd condo and I could not ask for a better real estate agent to work with! She is thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. She has been recommended by my family to countless of our friends and then their friends as well. Holly will take care of you and will ensure that you have the best experience as you navigate a sometimes stressful process. Thank you, Holly!

Holly is a true professional. Always available and always in communication. Never felt rushed to make a decision and she has your best interest in mind, instead of just trying to complete the task. Above and beyond. I’ll be using her services in the future and would recommend to a friend.

Holly worked very very very hard to make sure I got the condo I wanted. We had been in talks for months and one day she said I think this is the one. There were challenges that were out of our control, but she got it done. Her professionalism, patience, commitment, and gumption are very admirable. Her kindness and courtesy are unmatched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLLY if you’re buying a home. I look forward to working with her for my next home.

Holly was truly amazing from start to finish. She’s literally been working with us for years and we finally found our home for now. In addition to having such patience with us, she is truly knowledgeable on all levels. Not only is she an amazing Realtor, having been also on the rehabbing side of things, she sees those little nuances that most of us miss and even sometimes the inspectors. She absolutely had our best interest at heart and I would use her again in the future and would without a doubt, refer her and have to anyone needing a Realtor. Thanks for everything Holly!💜

Holly did a great job from start to finish! She made my homebuying experience easy. I would highly recommend Holly

Holly helped us purchase our first investment property. Not only did she negotiate a better than expected sale price for us, she also handled every step of the buying process for us, and she gave us great referrals for services we needed beyond the sale. Thanks to Holly we are all set to start this new chapter in our lives.

Holly's knowledge of the market is second to none. Her networking and contacts with other brokers makes her stand out amongst the crowd. This networking helped us find the perfect villa. He level of professionalism and skill set make this a very seamless transaction. Holly is definitely my "go to" broker. A+++++

Holly worked quickly to turn around an offer in just a few short days since meeting us. She was socially tactful to build a rapport with the selling agent. Lastly, and most importantly, she used her intuition to inform us that our initial offer probably wasn’t good enough. She was right and we eked out the best offer in the 11th hour. She was easy to work with, always responsive, knowledgeable, and worked late when we needed. 6 out of 5 stars.

If you are in need of a real estate agent with vast knowledge of the market as well as a go getter attitude look no further than Holly. She has been my agent for years. We have done multiple deals together. She never fails to go the extra mile in any of my ventures. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!!

I recommend working with Holly. She is an expert with regards to setting the price of the house to get multiple offers. She has a network of reasonably priced vendors to get the house ready for sale. She can help you choose the best offer and is expedient, professional and courteous.

Holly is a Godsend for guiding me and my girlfriend through the process of buying our first home. Her communication, punctuality and personable approach are second to none and you’d be wise to consider her.

Holly loves her clients and sees them as friends and extended family looking for house hunting help. Her knowledge of all things real estate that comes from over 30 years experience is evident by how she carries herself and puts the needs of her clients ahead of her own. I am very happy to know Holly and look forward to buying many more properties with her.
