Holly has helped us buy and sell our duplex and also assisted in securing tenants for the property since we live out of state. Holly goes above and beyond to help her clients and gets things done quickly and efficiently. She is very responsive to her clients needs. She has also helped our daughter and several of her friends successfully buy properties as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Holly. She is honest, trustworthy, and efficient. Sincerely, Mary Redeker

Holly worked hard to understand our complicated needs for a new home and even harder to find our right house in the right location. She responds promptly, is always professional, and guided us expertly through the entire process … of searching, finding, and closing … and all the details in between. She is also great and fun to work with.

I adore Holly Gretchen and could not be happier with her skills and professional attitude. I was a complete newbie to selling a property as I lived in my home 30 years. She explained things in common terms when possible so I understood everything she was doing behind the scenes or what she needed from me and exactly how to accomplish my task. I started off a little nervous and anxious about the whole experience and moved into excited and hopeful in no time ending in Success! Thank you Holly for making this experience a positive one!

I am an older adult who just experienced buying a condo in Clayton and selling a home in University City with a phenomenal real estate agent, Holly Gerchen. I was immediately impressed by her ability to bring the condo sale to fruition quickly because of the way she expertly tailored my offer. I never realized how important that timing could be when many offers are on the table. I was ecstatic to say the least with the price and how quickly it happened. My 1926 home, because of the pandemic and not being able to find expert help for repairs and painting, had a number of issues before it could be on the market. After my move, Holly took over with "her people", painter, handyman and plumber to totally bring my home sale ready. I was overwhelmed with my move and downsizing, but, fortunately, Holly was right there to make sure everything was done to her high standards, and quickly, to put my home on the market at the appropriate time for an excellent showing and sale. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, as well as her expertise regarding what needed to be done, timing the sale once on the market, and her ability to obtain way over the asking price of my home in a short amount of time. I cannot express enough admiration for Holly Gershen's real estate knowledge and expertise. She is amazing in the services she provides to her clients. I found her personally, easy-going and wonderful to work with throughout my buying and selling process. I highly recommend Holly Gerchen to anyone lucky enough to obtain her services for buying or selling a home.

Holly made selling my first home as easy as can be. She was knowledgeable and wanted to do what's best for me! Holly was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. It was truly a joy being able to work with Holly and her team!

We had seen some condos through Holly but did not make any offer. Meanwhile Holly had mentioned that our house was located in a very nice area and we could get $.... for it on 'as is' basis. A year later, we decided to move out of state and interviewed 3 agents for listing. We wanted to list the house after we moved out. Since we were going to Florida for 3 weeks, Holly suggested we let her quietly market the house in our absence. She got the house ready, got the marketing material done and canvassed the market on a private listing basis. She received one offer. Then she asked our permission to list the house for the weekend. That produced several prospects and another offer, When we returned after 3 weeks, the deal had beed agreed upon and we signed the deal. Holly is very aggressive, competitive and creative in her approach. She had a good grasp of the market and we sold for 96% of the list price. It was a clean deal with no contingencies. It met all our criterias and took a big load off our minds. If I were to do another real estate transaction, Holly would be the first one to come to mind

Between myself and my family, we recently closed on our 4th home transaction working with Holly and she is a true gem! I have so much confidence that Holly is the best representation we could have as buyers or as sellers. She is responsive, knowledgeable, dependable, thorough, patient and an excellent listener! We always feel heard and our needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. I highly recommend Holly Gerchen!

Holly blew me away with how attentive and diligent she was in helping me find my first home. As a first time home buyer it is extremely intimidating trying to look for your first house, especially in this crazy housing market. I had very low expectations of actually finding a house that I wanted and actually being able to get it with how competitive it is. The first day I met Holly she told me “we’re going to get you a house this weekend.” I honestly thought she was being a bit unrealistic with that statement but she ACTUALLY DID IT. That Saturday she not only helped me view a house last minute that I was interested in but helped to make sure that I would get that house. I looked at houses for less than a week before putting in the offer on my house. She’s very knowledgeable about homes and whether or not you will need major repairs and things she notices that could be problematic down the road. She made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible from placing the offer to closing. She is phenomenal and has made my first experience buying a home so nice. She’s very responsive and listens to your wants and needs. She goes out of her way to make sure that you’re taken care of. 100% would recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Holly is amazing! She put together a list of houses to show me one day, adding on a few extras to the couple I asked to see. And because of that, we found our home! I didn't ask to see the one I ended up falling in love with but luckily Holly knew what I was looking for in a home and she absolutely delivered. She knows the area really well, and can always see the full potential of a house. I can't recommend her enough!

Holly was simply amazing. She protected my best interests, fought and negotiated for me, and held my hand the every step of the way. Always professional and a joy to work with!! Thank you so everything.

Holly is a stellar real estate agent. She's intuitive to meet your needs, truly passionate about the field, and has the best optimistic personality ever! Her response time is quick, and she works hard to get you the results that you want and that benefit you as her client. This is our 2nd time working with Holly in 4-years, and we're sold on her. Don't hesitate. She's St. Louis's best.

We had a lot of hardships during the selling process but Holly went above and beyond.
