We made more money selling our house than I could have ever imagined. Additionally, Hilary’s in depth expertise with regard to the entire process of selling our house, from “going live” all the way through closing and receiving our check, made every step seamless and stress-free. Not being too savvy on concepts such as due diligence, appraisals, lease-backs, inspections, and a number of other things, I relied heavily on Hilary’s guidance and followed her recommendations every step of the way. And I think it goes without saying that her being a military spouse and a VA Loan expert was tremendously helpful as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All in all, Hilary made this super easy. As an added bonus and is very energetic, outgoing, and sociable. Absolute pipe-hitter. If we ever come back to North Carolina, we’ll be using her again for sure.
