My family and I have relocated several times in different countries/cities and I have come to two conclusions: 1)Any realtor can help you buy a house but very few can help you find a home and 2) Any realtor will take the commision but very few will truly care about you. Regarding my first point, The Cuervo Team REALLY knows the Avalon Park area. They clearly define "must-haves" and narrow down the potential homes, which saves tons of time and energy. I LOVED the fact that they know the layouts of houses in the community by heart, they know which streets have more kids coming out to play, they know which streets have more traffic, etc.... they appeal to your life style as part of house selection... see? you're not buying only walls and a roof but also a style of living. I loved the house we ended up buying! Regarding my second point, when my family and I relocated from NY to FL we ended up in a "limbo" due to closing dates and remodels in FL and NY. Monica and Heroel from the Cuervo Team let my family stay at their home and were very kind and generous, they helped us with their school registrations, utilities, etc. Now, you tell me: would any realtor do that for you? Monica Cuervo with Keller Williams was awesome helping us to find our perfect home! She was very patient as we were unsure of what area we wanted to live. Her staff was extremely accommodating and prompt when we wanted to look at a house, completely at our convenience. And when we did find the perfect home, Monica and her team were quick to get things rolling. We hit a couple of snags during the process of purchasing, which is to be expected when buying a home, but Monica was quick to respond and to help us understand just what was happening and how to handle situation and what was needed from us or the lender or the seller. Her assistant Amy was just as awesome getting in touch with us when needed, answering our questions, if she didn’t have an answer right away she found it out and always stayed in touch with us. Another team member Clay was so helpful by showing us homes any time, any day. His input was key to some of the choices we made. I can't say enough great things about the quality of the Cuervo Team's professionalism. Heroel , Monica and Amy worked diligently to get my house sold and closed. It is always challenging to sell or buy a home but the Cuervo Team backs you through each and every step of the way. They are excellent at marketing and have a positive attitude and take charge management style. It allows you to sit back and relax knowing you are in good hands. Very nice realtor and his really nice team. Everything went smoothly.we needed them when the movers show up and that we needed to leave early to closed on our new home. They came and make sure everything was packed and out of the house without any scratches and dents. After the movers left they had a team to clean the house. We were very pleased
