Heroel and Monica know the ins and outs of the business. They are very knowledgeable on the market and were able to provide excellent insight while considering the homes that we visited. They were able to set up meetings, provided excellent documentation for the homes that we visited, and were there every step of the way. Quick responses and an personalized touch to their customers.
Excellent service all round from first enquiry through to completion. The advise was good, the communications prompt and relevant. This was our first time selling a property and they made it easy and made sure we were informed but making our own decisions at every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Heroel and Monica , they were always polite, courteous and understood our needs. They gave us great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to sell our house really fast . For us, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Heroel and Monica were incredible and we are very happy with the results. They definitely listened to us and what’s better is that they were good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Highly recommended.
