Heroel and Monica are a great and effective team! They sold AND helped us purchase our dream home, in LESS than 30 days!! Heroel’s experienced hand got us through the sale process smoothly and Monica advocated for us and made sure our requests and needs were met on the purchase side. They have the resources and contacts to deliver their service. They gained our trust and delivered. Their professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding! If you want a competent team on your side, The Cuervo Team, is the way to go!

This was our first time purchasing a house and the Cuervo Team assisted us on EVERY step of the process. We never felt any pressure or rush and they were always honest, knowledgeable and clear. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

From the start Monica and Heroel demonstrated a genuine and sincere desire to help us find a home. We had lots of questions and appreciated the guidance they gave us. They each provided there level of expertise and work very well together to ensure that we weren't alone in the process. Definitely a Team you can count on! They put us in touch with a phenomenal loan officer as well and all I can say is that the process was so smooth that it was almost too good to be true. We are so grateful and appreciative to them for patiently working with us and more importantly for consistently providing us with such excellent client care until the finish. They were referred to us through other family members that previously worked with them, and now we can also say that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Cuervo Team for your home buying needs.

Heroel and Monica have been extremely helpful in everything we needed to sell our condo during this though times with the pandemic. They helped us with all the difficulties we faced being outside of the US throughout this process. They are definitely the best agents we could have worked.

Estamos muy agradecidos ,un excelente servicio y amabilidad una eficiencia y claridad en todos Los aspectos no tenemos queja si volvieramos atras Los elegiriamos de nuevo

With the Covid 19 pandemic, this was the most unusual house purchase we have ever made. We only saw Monica once last February and with this purchase only once for her husband Heroel. Even so, the purchase made it through after overcoming a few other obstacles. They responded to questions or problems quickly and were consistently very professional. We would use them again.

Heroel & Monica Cuervo professionalism is above reproach, they took care of everything, I did not have to do anything for the sale to proceed, house sold for more than I initially expected. If you want a care free sale or buy these are the people you want on your side.

Heroel and Monica will work with you as if it was a family member. Very caring and listening to your needs.
