Heroel personally advised me on how to prepare our home for sale (what color to paint, small repairs and improvements, etc). He also advised me on price points and helped schedule and set up viewings. I didn’t expect to receive that level of service so my wife and I were blown away when the Cuervo team did their thing. Excellent service all round from first enquiry through to completion. The advise was good, the communications prompt and relevant. This was our first time selling a property and they made it easy and made sure we were informed but making our own decisions at every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Heroel and Monica , they were always polite, courteous and understood our needs. They gave us great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to sell our house really fast . For us, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Heroel and Monica were incredible and we are very happy with the results.
