Now that we are settled and moved in I can finally write this. This agent right here made the impossible possible. We had our eye on a home that another agent had told me I could not get because of X and O circumstances. But then I met Mr Herman and decided to ask him about the same house and to my surprise he was like sure if thats what you want we will make it happen!
