My husband and I met Hengameh several years ago during an open house and when we were ready to buy our 1st house she was the realtor we remembered the most. We had a great experience working with her and her honesty is what we absolutely loved. She really cares about her clients and what’s best for them. I was not in the market to sell my house but my neighbor recently sold his above asking so it might be interesting to entertain. I came home from dinner one evening and Hengameh was placing a note of my door that she "had a buyer for my house". I am a little cocky so I said "no you don't, the house isn't for sale and I want a ridiculous price". She told me she had an aggressive buyer and she knew "we could work out something where everyone wins!" I told her what I would be looking for, she then took it back to her buyer, then set up a showing the next morning. The following day we had a deal. Now, I did not actually have an agent so Hengameh had to take care of both myself and the buyer. As cocky as I am, the buyer was even my demanding and inexperienced. Plus through the process I knew I was actually going to rent in my neighborhood which is very close so we needed to preserve Neighborhood harmony. Hengameh was able to navigate the entire deal, buyer, seller, and escrow company through the process like a champ! I am not sure if I will buy a house again, but if I do I will call Hengameh to help!

My expeience buying home with hengameh was amazing . She was truly on top of all work and was very open and easy to communicate . She was great in managing times and schedule whatever is needed to be done . All the negotiation was done in best manner and with high professionalism, I barely felt the pressure from seller. She made this off market sale very smooth and easy . I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who will make the proccess way more easier and joyful .
