Heloise helped the reviewer buy this property

Incredible, way beyond expectations

Heloise is the best agent we have worked with in buying and selling 4 different homes. She knew not just the market in Clearwater, but was extremely knowledgeable of the Clearwater market, but also knew the details of the building our unit belonged to..i.e she knew, and conveyed to us the value we were getting compared to other units of similar sizes in the market. But what really put her in superstar status is her personal touch. We are from out of state, and she worked with us on all the details that were required to complete the purchase. In addition she has a professional demeaner that goes on beyond just making sure all the boxes were checked, she got to know us on a personal level, which ensured we were taken care of. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for that person that will is looking for an agent that goes beyond the norm for personal touch in real estate!
