Heidi is a kind hearted go getter. I’ve used her as my realtor for several houses now and have yet to be disappointed. She communicates quickly and well, keeping you in the loop for everything. You can tell she wants the best for you and is willing to help you every step of the way. I’d recommend Heidi to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, she’s keeps it real.

Heidi was very nice to work with! I’m a first time homebuyer so I was uncertain of what would happen going into this process, but from the get go, Heidi made everything very easy. She moved things along at a good pace but yet didn’t want to rush anything, and she was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and made sure all the boxes were checked. She even gave me a housewarming gift! I would recommend Heidi to anybody for their house-buying needs.

I watched YouTube videos on how to pick a realtor. Heidi met all the suggestions on what to look for. She had a manageable number of houses for sell close to my houses price range, which allowed me to get the attention I wanted (answering questions timely, helping provide guidance when needed) and indicated to me that she understood who our targeted buyer would be. She had comparable properties and made a suggested price for the house that she could back up with reasons for pricing it the way she did. And her sell history indicated to me she sold previous house for at asking price or above asking price a majority of the time and typically did not have to lower the house price to get it moving. These reasons plus the smart suggestions she made for final touches made me confident I had picked the right realtor and getting the offer that lead to closing in 4 days and 4 hours proved it.

Heidi is professional, friendly and a great realtor! She knows the market and does everything for her clients to get the deal done. We are very impressed with her work!
