Heidi is an excellent real-estate agent and a good person! She is honest and takes the time to explain benefits and issues she observes at future properties. She responded very quickly and worked around our schedule. She has a deep understanding of the local area and made the home buying process enjoyable and easy to understand. Heidi was referred to me by a close friend, who also purchased through her a couple months before I started looking. Although the housing market had just started getting really busy, she was always able to communicate and/or show houses that met my criteria. I was in a situation of limited resources and a short deadline to find a house. Heidi was able to learn what exactly was important to me, through the first couple houses, and always advised best course for giving offers to sellers, while looking out for my best interest. When we found 'the one' for me, she went super human in her attempts to be sure my offer was noticed/chosen, over the 3 or 4 other offers the seller could've accepted. Heidi has a great resource of lenders & colleagues to handle any obstacle through the process. I will definitely recommend Heidi to family or anyone looking to purchase. Heidi is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and laid back, very easy to work with.

Heidi helped my wife and I buy our first home and as many would know its stressful with all sorts of ups and downs but our experience with Heidi was amazing easy and quick. She helped us find an amazing home and was very honest with us! I would recommend her 1000x over.

I can't recommend Heidi enough. She handled our home buying experience amazingly well. She was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I know this first part will sound cliche, but it just applies so well: I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough! If there was a way to give her 10 stars on this 5 star scale, I would do it. Heidi was extremely helpful to my wife and I throughout the home buying process, and her dedication to helping us combined with her knowledge of the loan/home buying process made the entire experience infinitely better than it could have been. And there were actually a ton of problems related to buying our home (things unrelated to Heidi that were in no way her fault) that seemed determined to derail the whole thing; Heidi expertly helped us navigate all of those problems. We had issues with some of the work the sellers agreed to perform, our bank made errors or was slow throughout the process, and just in general there were plenty of last minute changes from some of the other parties. Whenever there was a problem, Heidi was there, via a text or a phone call, to help us understand what our options were or what the next step was and how we could come through that particular issue. Sometimes, all we could do was be frustrated about what someone else was or wasn't doing, and Heidi was there to be frustrated alongside us and help us feel just that little bit better, and it mattered a lot to us. Finally, Heidi helped us immensely with making our offer and choosing what to ask for after the home inspection, and thanks to her efforts we got a great deal on a great home. Choosing her would be the first step to a great home buying experience!
