One shining example of her great service: She went well beyond the normal service provided by taking the initiative to make arrangements for my nice but heavy furniture that I had left behind after moving out to be removed and donated to someone who really needed it. She made touch-up paint repairs caused by the home inspector when removing the electric panel, and facilitated window repairs with the condo assoc. maintenance staff that were required to remove an inspection contingency.
