Anytime we were interested in looking at a house, Heidi was quick to set up a viewing time, even if it was the next day. We spent many weekends viewing houses and Heidi always made herself available to go to these viewing with us whether it was on a Saturday or Sunday. Once we did make an offer on our current house, Heidi stayed up late working on the offer and got it to the seller's listing agent the night we saw it making it the first offer the seller saw which I think was a huge advantage for us.
