She’s developed her own list of trusted helpers, from plumbers, to inspectors, appraisers, stagers, photographers, and handymen - all of whom she worked with to get my house in tip-top shape and then under contract in a mere three months! I so appreciated her always-calm demeanor and the ‘let’s-get-it-done-with-fun’ attitude she maintained throughout the process. Unfortunately, our house had plumbing, electrical, and roof issues during our 8 month process. During the 8 months, Heather was exceptional. Heather's ongoing advice was empathetic, prompt and professional. Sher was patient, caring, and honest with us during our inspections (multiple) and figuring out what the proper listing price.
