Heather was our buying agent and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, patient and consistently went over and beyond. She really helped us navigate the whole buying process with ease. Best of all, she always managed to keep things calm and positive despite the challenges of buying a home in a competitive sellers market during the COVID-19 pandemic.
