"I live out-of-state and Heather Garris was very helpful in keeping an eye on my vacant condo during the winter (temperature control) as well as finding and supervising local contractors I needed to make some pre-sale improvements and correct minor issues found by the home inspector. Contractors were reasonable with their charges and quick. Heather kept me informed and sent pictures of the work. Excellent communication throughout.
