Heather is absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers, she explained everything so well & made the process stressless. She always returned calls/texts within 15 minutes, even if it was 10pm. We have hectic schedules and she always worked around that and made showings/inspections happen around our schedules. She knows the Pitt County area very well and that helps a lot. It took a few months to find the house that had everything we wanted and she never stopped looking. She took time out of her own schedule to go by a house to take pictures (no punctures were online at the time) so we could see it. She was at every showing, every inspection, and even closing! She is knowledgeable and made everything easy. Even when we hit bumps while we were under contract, she calmed my nerves. She was always available when I needed her.
