Heather is absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers, she explained everything so well & made the process stressless. She always returned calls/texts within 15 minutes, even if it was 10pm. We have hectic schedules and she always worked around that and made showings/inspections happen around our schedules. She knows the Pitt County area very well and that helps a lot. It took a few months to find the house that had everything we wanted and she never stopped looking. She took time out of her own schedule to go by a house to take pictures (no punctures were online at the time) so we could see it. She was at every showing, every inspection, and even closing!
