Shane and Heather were incredible to work with and made purchasing our home stress free!

Going into buying our first home, we really had no idea what to do and were very nervous/cautious about making one of our biggest financial decisions. After meeting with Shane and Heather the first time and expressing our concerns and desires when it came to the house search, I undoubtedly knew we were in the right hands. As young home buyers, their expertise helped guide my fiancé and I in the areas we were unfamiliar with and they guided us just like they would have with their own children. With their guidance, my fiancé and I (and our parents) never felt any stress during the home buying process. They also were incredible in our negotiation process for a bidding war with the home we got. We never once sacrificed our non negotiables. Overall, I would recommend Shane and Heather to ANY person in the home buying/selling market because of their second to none knowledge and expertise, integrity of their work, and their kindness during our experience!
