He went above and beyond for me when buying my first house. In addition to helping me find an awesome house in my price range, he was wonderful to spend time with. He was also a bit of a therapist as buying a house is slightly nerve-wracking, and he is someone I now consider a friend. He is well connected in the community and knows how the process works and was able to make things move smoothly. He was very responsive and would answer my texts at random times of the day and worked around my busy schedule. He also knew quite a bit about houses and property and was able to answer all of my questions. I have high expectations and he far exceeded them. Selling a home can be stressful but having the right team makes it much easier! We put our home on the market, sold and closed within 17 days - it was a whirlwind! Heath guided us through the entire process, was ALWAYS available and quickly responded to all communication. He helped us close out all the necessary details from our new home in a new state.
