Heath helped me purchase my home in Columbia. He provided honest evaluation on each house we looked at - both good and bad. He was not just trying to sell me house, but helped me find the right one. He also taught me what to look for when purchasing a home; structural damages, energy efficient, potential for fixing, etc. He is always available and answers phone promptly. After we purchased the home, Heath made sure that everything go smoothly before we arrived Columbia. He helped checking the thermostat, drove our car (it arrived before us) from the driveway into the garage, etc. Once we moved in, he also follows up on things and visited us to check if everything was ok. I would recommend Heath 10 out of 10.

Heath is the stuff legends are made of. I was a first time homebuyer and he made the process painless and easy to understand. He walked me through every task in detail and made sure I understood the implications of each decision. His research was thorough and we ended up with an offer on the first house I loved that was accepted within a day! There was negotiation at a few other points in the process, but he always made sure my needs were front and center, not only in terms of cost and purchase agreement, but also the need to close on my dream home in the market that we had to work with. We ended up with some unmet requirements on the final walkthrough (seller’s issue) and he sat with me at the closing table for hours making all kinds of calls (re arranging his schedule and doing research) to make sure we could write a contingency that would protect me and my home, until they had to let us out of the building with a key. He remained in close contact all the way through, including after closing. I never had to follow up or ask about anything, it was always done and communicated. I don’t believe you could find a more dedicated agent!
