He was super informative, responsive, and willing to roll up his sleeves and literally clean our house. We moved out of state and spent most of our time beforehand remodeling and packing. Although we did as much as we could before we left there were minor things that needed to be done. Heath jumped right on them; he cleaned our gutters, raked our lawn, polished the appliances, pretty much all housekeeping necessary to get ready for sale. He checked on our home multiple times a week, took care of the mail, shoveled snow, and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. He treated us like a friend and I’m so glad we hired him. When we first met Heath Reynolds, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. He worked with our very tight schedules and every time we viewed a new property, Heath would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Though we were first-time home buyers, Heath walked us through making offers and counteroffers until we got the best deal for the house we love.

If we could give Heath more than 5 stars we would. He went above and beyond for us--showing us only the houses he knew we would like and being incredibly honest and helpful. He was willing to adapt to our crazy schedule (we have 2 kids!) and see houses when it was convenient for us. He helped point out things we missed and listened when we had any thoughts. He played with our daughter so we could look in more detail. He kept us informed every step of the way. There is no one I would rather work with. He even helped get us some moving boxes! I look forward to when we sell our other house so he can help us with that too. Heath made everything seem doable and easy, even when this is a tricky process. He laughed with us, helped us, and we're in our dream home. We couldn't have done it without him. I HIGHLY recommend working with Heath. He's the best.

Heath was such an easy agent to work with. His knowledge of the market was excellent. We could walk through a home and he could instantly point out upgrades or issues with the home. He has a knack for picking out uneven floors just by walking across it! When it came down to putting a contract out on a place, he had everything scheduled perfectly so we didn't miss time frames for having things complete. I don't think I would use any other agent in the future. He made home buying fun and stress-free.

He gave us insight to the neighborhood, builder, listing agent, proximity to interest/work areas, etc. Heath always put our needs and wants before anything else and never pressured us to go outside of our budget. He was available after hours during weird, uncontrollable circumstances and was able to guide us through everything.
