My experience with Agent Harold Defazio was a very good one. My situation was a bit unusual as the prior owner was suddenly selling the property which I had been renting and residing in for over thirty years right up from under me with little warning. I made Harold aware that I would like to stay and that I was interested in buying the property if possible and he was extremely helpful in making that happen. Being a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions and Harold was always available and accommodating with my all questions and requests. The transition was fast and straight forward. I would gladly recommend Mr. Defazio.

In the future, if I need to sell another property Harold would be the only realtor I would contact! He was attentive to my questions and concerns, always punctual, and coordinated my entire selling process. All I had to do was sign!
