The only remark I have is that Harold told me I didn’t have to leave my home during the showing of the house. Many clients were furious, racist, and disrespectful of my house. Some left when they learned the owner was black.
My experience with Agent Harold Defazio was a very good one. My situation was a bit unusual as the prior owner was suddenly selling the property which I had been renting and residing in for over thirty years right up from under me with little warning. I made Harold aware that I would like to stay and that I was interested in buying the property if possible and he was extremely helpful in making that happen. Being a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions and Harold was always available and accommodating with my all questions and requests. The transition was fast and straight forward.
