If your are an investor looking to sell your property. Run from this realtor. He lacks knowledge and is often passive aggressive in his marketing and negotiating methods. I live out of the state and could not physically be there for closing. I lost money due to the lack of follow up with the buyer and I received my closing settlement profit after several corrections on scrap paper....It has been a Nightmare, would never recommended him.
