My wife and I found Guy to be very knowledgeable and experienced in helping us find the right fit when searching for a new home to purchase as well when selling our home he had always had great advice for us. But what I like most about Guy is he is a GREAT LISTENER and always looking out for us. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guy who is a true professional for the common man.

Guy sold us our condo 6 years ago at St John’s River Club in DeLand. He took us to other sites around the area , but we kept returning to the river . He was recommended by a friend , and we were so glad to have him . When it came time to sell this condo on the St John’s , we called Guy again to help us He’s very professional, and kept us in the loop whenever he showed it . Excellent communication skills. Condo sold and we’re extremely satisfied with his services.
