Guy sold us our condo 6 years ago at St John’s River Club in DeLand. He took us to other sites around the area , but we kept returning to the river . He was recommended by a friend , and we were so glad to have him . When it came time to sell this condo on the St John’s , we called Guy again to help us He’s very professional, and kept us in the loop whenever he showed it . Excellent communication skills. We have used Guy as a buyer and most recently as the seller agent . He assisted us 5 years ago in acquiring the home we just sold. As the buyer, he showed us numerous homes and we settled on it via the Internet, as we lived out of state. This year we put that house on the market and contacted Guy again. He came very prepared with a local market analysis along with comps in the area. He was always available for questions and assisted us in making decisions pertaining to the marketing and sale of our home. Communication was excellent! As for professionalism, Guy was tops.
