Truly a seamless experience. Griffin was extremely responsive when called for questions on the property, kept e-mail correspondence up to date, kept apprised on details that were pertinent to the sale of the house. Always available, kept on top of the required paperwork that was required to be filled out. Moving from out of state I would highly recommend Griffin as a go to realtor knowledgeable about Mesa and the surrounding areas. He showed the house on 30 March and closed escrow on 29 April.

In Late January 2022, after an on line inquiry into a home for sale in Eastmark, Griffon contacted us. He told us he was a real estate agent with Lehman Realty. Asked if he could help us find the right home. We agreed and he sent daily information on homes for sale in the area and at the price we were looking for. He kept in contact with us until we purchased the home in Queen Creek the first part of April 2022. He was always professional , courteous, patient and a great communicator. He was responsive to our phone calls and being a good listener sent us homes that fit our design and price range. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and considerate agent. He never gave up on us throughout our hunt for a new home. I will recommend Griffin to anyone who is looking for an agent who has their best interest at heart. We are very happy with our purchase and very satisfied with Griffin. Five star all the way.
