Greg was awesome in our search for a mobile home. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. Our search took us to view over 25 different mobile homes in different communities throughout eastern shore. Never pushy, Greg always took the time to take us to view many different areas that we explored and always pointed out the the pluses as well as the negatives about the mobile home and or the community. My wife and I highly recommend Greg for all your real estate needs.

Having already found a new home out of state we needed to sell quickly and Greg’s knowledge of the community and comps accomplished just that. One showing and we had an acceptable offer. He knows what it takes to get the job done. From start to finish he showed professionalism but also added the personal touch, that is something that you don’t always find these days. On the day of settlement, when we told him we needed to go to the hardware store because we had found that we were missing an outlet cover he told us not to worry about it and and he brought one over for us. Just simple things like that can make all the difference.

I met Greg back in 2022 while I was visiting ocean city and I was lucky to work with him because he is so knowledgeable, professional and was always looking out for our best interest. Fast forward 2025 and he helped us buy our 1st ocean city property and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you Greg for being awesome!
