Having already found a new home out of state we needed to sell quickly and Greg’s knowledge of the community and comps accomplished just that. One showing and we had an acceptable offer. On the day of settlement, when we told him we needed to go to the hardware store because we had found that we were missing an outlet cover he told us not to worry about it and and he brought one over for us.
