We were actually on a cruise ship when we noticed the patio home listing in our email. You see, we've been kicking around the idea of moving to a more efficient home for about 4 years. After Greg sold a family home for us we asked Greg about home buying. He suggested that we be put on One Realty's email list of homes that fit our criteria. When we saw 2 homes that we were interested in, we emailed Greg. Even as we were cruising, Greg set up showings for both homes for when we got back. When we picked one, he helped us make an offer. Then he guided us through all of the steps needed to make the new home ours. Another great job done by Greg Micale!
