Greg was responsive to my needs, provided very good guidance on offers on three different condos. After 6 months of looking, my offer was accepted on the last one but the seller had issues and settlement was postponed many times over a four month period. Greg was extremely supportive during that time and advised me as to the best way to handle the situation.
