As a buyers agent for me, I got great guidance from Greg Cumings in a Boston area market I didn't know (even though I live in MA!). I would have been lost without him. I had about 2+ weeks to identify something and we succeeded. He set me up with the automatic notifications, pre-screened. What I was looking for evolved from a small apartment to finally a triple decker. It was very difficult, with thousands of properties and hundreds of thousands of buyers, and many buyers from overseas. With the high value services Greg Cumings provides I expect him to continue to do well in the future.
