Not long after my mother passed away, I quickly became overwhelmed with all the requests to buy a property that at the time I did not have the authority to sell. After opening probate for my mom, I later found out that my father who passed away in 2009, was still attached to the house. As I was attempting to juggle 2 probate cases, I received a packet from The Greg Sisson Team, and although they were also looking to purchase the property, it wasn’t just about making a sale. Greg’s team presented me with a helpful tool that gave great insight on things to know for Probate. Even after meeting with Greg and explaining the complicated process with the property, he assured me that he could help when the timing was right. It took us from October – June to get the deed all worked out, but every time Greg promised that he would call and check-in, he did just that (even on a Saturday). Once the house was listed it received multiple offers within the first week. I don’t want to leave anyone out so I will simply say The Greg Sisson team were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and I am forever thankful that they were able to take a lot of stress off my plate.
