He sends video messages and greetings from himself and some of the key players on his staff, so it feels like you know him personally, even when you’re miles away. His staff members are exceedingly capable, thoughtful, and kind. One of his right-hand men, Darrin, called me personally after he recognized that a set of old family photos had been tossed aside by mistake. We chatted over video to identify which ones were worth keeping, and he took all the time we needed to make it through the pile and then sent them to my doorstep — and even called to make sure they arrived. How incredibly attentive and considerate this was! I could not have asked for a better support system than I had in Greg and his incredible people. What a fantastic reminder they all are of how kindness, hard work, and follow-through can achieve amazing things. I couldn’t possibly recommend him more highly.

I don't know where to begin with stating how much of a pleasure it was working with Bryan. I contacted Bryan through an internet search, and he immediately returned my call. Bryan's enthusiasm, knowledge and listening to our needs was impressive from the start. Having owned homes in the Myrtle Beach area in the past my wife and I knew the approximate area, price range, and amenities we were looking for. We flew in on a Friday night and met Bryan Saturday morning at a Starbucks. Bryan had set up appointments at six different new developments based on our requests. The distance and communication are not always that easy to accomplish. But we did successfully by having Kristin. She was very attentive and after a few showings, she knew what we were looking for and trusted her advice. Kristin was very transparent, very familiar with the local area, neighborhoods and good connections for pool and paint contractors. Most importantly, a good negotiator. The process had a smooth transition between the "handover" from Realtor to Lendor to Closing Coordinator to Signing.
