He meet with me early in the process and said the market was a bit saturated and might be best to wait, which worked out great we weren't in a rush. When it was time to move, they indeed did. The condo was up and on the web in various places, and the property looked great. The team jumped in with video messages of welcome and valuable details. They were extremely pleasant and professional every step of the way. It sold quickly and did what it took to get the price we demanded.
