Greg is professional, has a deep understanding of real estate, real estate markets and is detailed oriented. Our family closed our home well over asking price and the strategy and way Greg handled the final negotiations of the potential buyers was impressive and textbook. Selling a house can be stressful, however, the fact that Greg and his team handled every detail in a honest, strategic, and professional manner made the entire process seamless with ZERO stress. I cannot recommend Greg and the Upstream team enough.

I have known Greg Roeder as a friend for over ten years. I recently decided to move to the Fort Collins area and had Greg as our real estate agent. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Besides his tremendous work ethic, honesty and integrity, Greg has a depth of knowledge that is unmatched. He could tell us in great detail all about the housing market, the school systems, where traffic is congested and where the best grocery stores and restaurants are. He provided multiple homes each week to look at. He was always on time to meet us at each house and was willing to see as many as possible each time. As we viewed houses with Greg, he would point out certain strengths and weaknesses that we would never have noticed. When it came time for us to buy a home Greg was incredibly accurate with how much money we should offer in order to secure the home. He tactfully took his time during the negotiating phase and managed to drastically cut our closing costs. My wife and I consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to associate with Greg and his team.
