Greg Roeder is an outstanding real estate agent. He is knowledgeable and listens carefully to your goals and priorities. His communication is excellent in both his interactions with you and written contracts. Communications with you are timely and accurate. Buying or selling a property is an exciting experience for anyone. There is the thrill of the find and the excitement of the deal when you find the right property. The whole process is enhanced by a good real estate agent who knows the ins and outs of the market and has the knowledge of the area. Folks argue that finding the right agent is as challenging/important as finding the right property for you, I tend to agree and my experience with Greg is a testament to that. I just closed on a property in Fort Collins, CO and Greg represented me as the buyer in the transaction. I have been working with him over a year on finding the right deal and I am glad he was on my side of the transaction. Below are my must haves when it comes to a real-estate agent and examples of how Greg represented me: 1. Choose someone relatable and real Regardless of how long does it take to find the right property he is as patient as you want to be. It took us a year to find the right property and even when we did, we anchored the purchase against previous properties we passed on and current properties on the market. 2. Your real-estate agent should have a strong support system and a large network of professionals and connections he can draw upon throughout the lifecycle of the transaction. From knowing the agent on the other side, to the right inspector for the deal, to the experienced professionals to address any issues in the inspections. 3. When you get the title paperwork, Greg helped look into it highlighted the issues we need to inquire about and recommended few contacts that we can get our concerns and questions answered. 4. Throughout closing he was guiding me through the transactions on what to expect next and what should we prepare for. I was extremely pleased working with Greg and definitely he will be representing me on future transactions.

I would like to recommend Greg Roeder of Waypoint real estate. We listed our house for sale with him and got a fantastic outcome in only 4 days Greg is very knowledgeable and experienced. He staged the property beautifully, videoed it highlighting all the special features and describing the lifestyle opportunities. He utilized all the social media sites ,sent invitations to Realtors and held open houses. He had a pre-inspection of the house done and advised us of priority items to be handled before going on Market. Because we live out of town he helped by arranging appointments with service people and overseeing their work.
