We hired Greg as both our buying and selling agent. When buying a house, he took us to more houses than I can remember to count. He was super patient and always helpful with providing his opinions and suggestions for us. Following the inspection, he helped get quotes for us for some of the repairs that would be needed. When he became our selling agent, I questioned the price he wanted to post my house at because I thought it was too high and we sold it to the second person that walked in the door. He earned his commission!

Mr. Koch was recommended to me through my wife. I knew I trusted her judgement of gentlemen for good reason (audible laugh). As our realtor, Greg demonstrated a very expansive knowledge of the entire buying process. There was never a procedural question I asked that he did not have an answer for. When it came to phone calls and correspondence, he was fast to respond to all of my calls and messages, most within minutes. He was one of the friendliest, most pleasant professionals I have ever dealt with. I feel he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we got into the home we picked. He was on top of the lender to make sure that if everything wasn't running smoothly, we had ample time to remedy issues. Outside of the purchase of our new home, he was an invaluable source of guidance for renting out our previous home. From lease agreements, to what to look for when doing background checks, risk factors to take into account, etc, etc. Let's not kid ourselves; buying a home is a tedious, stressful endeavor. Especially with an eight-month pregnant wife. However, Greg took all of that complication in stride and made the process as easy as it could be. For that, he has my thanks. For that, you should consider him next time you buy a home.
