About Golden

Hello, my name is Golden Blake Rains I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. I went to Colorado State University where I graduated with a bachelor's in Forestry and Fire Science. I currently work for a local fire department as a career firefighter. I have a beautiful wife and have a new baby boy named Callan. I spend most of my time outdoors either camping, fishing, or attending a music festival. I am new to real estate but am eager to help my family, friends, and new clients with all their real estate needs.

Great experience!

I had an awesome experience working with Rains Realty and would highly recommend them. Golden made the process easy for me. From the beginning, he was available for showings and worked around my schedule. When we found a place, he worked hard for me and had my best interests in mind. As questions came up, he was able to answer them quicly. I was also thankful for the gifts on closing day which were the icing on the cake.
