We worked with Glennie, Lissa, and Ben to sell our last house in Crocker Highlands, Oakland and purchase our new one in Piedmont Pines, Oakland. When selling our house, they had great recommendations for staging and Ben fixed up our house with tasteful enhancements that helped maximize our sale without over spending. When we sold, we were able to get an offer that exceeded our expectations. For buying our new home, Glennie and team were incredibly patient as we looked at a number of houses until we found one with the right layout and potential for our family. Ben along with Lissa and Glennie helped us decide the right upgrades for our home. Within a few months, Ben and his team led by Antonio did a complete glam up of our house, installing new floors through out, completely remodel the kitchen into a beautfiul space for entertaining and a lot of other enhancements. Working with the team was a great experience as they were able to handle so much more than the typical real estate team. Would highly recommend!

East Baker Group caught my eye via social media as they clearly had a sense of both style and practicality. I also appreciated their very willing access to a contractor’s keen eye and perspective (especially in helping assess property inspection reports and level of work (and investment) needed to bring a home up to what we were hoping for).
