Gina helped get the right crews out to have the jobs done correctly and timely. Her contacts in the industry were super valuable. Our second sale was a challenge as the buyers lender late in the sale process changed loan programs but Gina made sure everything was on track to get the sale closed. Without Gina involved I doubt the sale would have closed.
