I have rated her excellency in the survey because I have known many real estate agents in the past years (over 30) when I was in the Mortgage Banking Industry and I know that Gina is very efficient, consistent, and professional. The fact that she is very knowledgeable and worked diligently to ensure success in this transaction. I had to go out of town and Gina ensured that progress continued smoothly.

Gina has helped us close two sales in the past year. Regarding the first sale, repairs were required including a new septic system. Gina helped get the right crews out to have the jobs done correctly and timely. Her contacts in the industry were super valuable. Our second sale was a challenge as the buyers lender late in the sale process changed loan programs but Gina made sure everything was on track to get the sale closed. Without Gina involved I doubt the sale would have closed.
