I have already mentioned that Gina is one of the very best in the Industry. I have rated her excellency in the survey because I have known many real estate agents in the past years (over 30) when I was in the Mortgage Banking Industry and I know that Gina is very efficient, consistent, and professional. The fact that she is very knowledgeable and worked diligently to ensure success in this transaction. I had to go out of town and Gina ensured that progress continued smoothly.

Gina has helped us close two sales in the past year. Regarding the first sale, repairs were required including a new septic system. Gina helped get the right crews out to have the jobs done correctly and timely. Her contacts in the industry were super valuable. Our second sale was a challenge as the buyers lender late in the sale process changed loan programs but Gina made sure everything was on track to get the sale closed. Without Gina involved I doubt the sale would have closed. If you want an experienced Professional who always answers calls, responds to texts, and emails who does a great job then Gina is the one for you.

I have worked closely with Gina regarding the sale of my house. She was very informative and professional. Her staging of my house turned out very well and the photographs were very instrumental in the sale of my home.
