Gina did a walkthrough and made some suggestions which we followed. She had a stager come in, and a professional photographer. She made some pricing suggestions but really let my wife and I, with her help, come up with what I thought was a great price. An open house was scheduled but some private showings were made prior. We sold the house to the very first couple to walk through and at full asking. Fantastic experience. We highly recommend Gina.

Gina is an excellent realtor. She sold my house in less than a week! Not only did she help me to negotiate a great price, but she took care of all the details. She arranged a handyman to do all the little things that needed to be fixed prior to listing. She worked with the potential buyers and their agent to answer questions. When the deal was almost lost because of the buyer's buyers she worked with the bank and other relators to keep the closing as scheduled. I would highly recommend Gina buying or selling a home.

Gina Meier helped our daughter and her husband buy their first home two years ago. Gina was absolutely amazing! I am a first time home buyer and can tell you I didn't know a lot about the process but Gina made me feel at ease.
