Gina was great, when I was on and off the fence about selling and had some monetary coming in. I asked her what things orotund the house should I do to gain more value into the house. Without wasting any time she told me about three things before I stopped her to get a paper to write on. About halfway through upgrading some curb appeal. I decided to sell the house. I reached out and told her then she sent me a calander of an example timeline. Had a buddy come up and help me empty out the house and get ready for any inspections.
