Gina was great, when I was on and off the fence about selling and had some monetary coming in. I asked her what things orotund the house should I do to gain more value into the house. Without wasting any time she told me about three things before I stopped her to get a paper to write on. About halfway through upgrading some curb appeal. I decided to sell the house. I reached out and told her then she sent me a calander of an example timeline. Had a buddy come up and help me empty out the house and get ready for any inspections. Gina called through the month and even stopped by to check on things. Everytime she was there she asked if we needed help anytime.
