EDIT: This is now our SECOND time buying a home with Gina and she was once again all around amazing. She goes above and beyond to be helpful and is so honest and hardworking. This is a very hard time to buy a home right now but she just made it happen for us! 10/10 would recommend! Gina was fantastic! It was our first time buying a home and she was so honest and helpful. Once we put an offer on our home we really didn’t know what the next steps were but she walked us through everything. Gina is an excellent realtor. She sold my house in less than a week! Not only did she help me to negotiate a great price, but she took care of all the details. She arranged a handyman to do all the little things that needed to be fixed prior to listing. She worked with the potential buyers and their agent to answer questions. When the deal was almost lost because of the buyer's buyers she worked with the bank and other relators to keep the closing as scheduled. I would highly recommend Gina buying or selling a home.

My wife actually suggested we use Gina. They play together in our Bocce league. I really didn't know Gina but I trusted my wife and I'm glad I did. Gina did a walkthrough and made some suggestions which we followed. She had a stager come in, and a professional photographer. She made some pricing suggestions but really let my wife and I, with her help, come up with what I thought was a great price. An open house was scheduled but some private showings were made prior. We sold the house to the very first couple to walk through and at full asking. Fantastic experience. We highly recommend Gina.

Gina is amazing. She's very knowledgable, personable, and really listens to what you want in the home you'd like to purchase. She showed us only the types of houses we wanted, as well as in the price range we were willing to pay. She gave us fun information about the towns in which we were looking for homes. We had very good experiences with her the times we were here from NY looking. She was very helpful in coordinating the logistics of our selling our home in NY and buying the condo in PA. I wasn't feeling well when we got to PA for our closing here, and Gina did the final walk-through for us (I trusted her totally), and even arranged for us to do the closing in our hotel room. She is a very caring person. We had a wonderful experience buying our home because of Gina. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell a home. She's a gem!

Gina Meier helped our daughter and her husband buy their first home two years ago. She found one that they liked but their were few starter homes and the owners wanted well above market and had already turned down several reasonable offers. She got them to agree and even got them to throw in their appliances. When we were looking to downsize and move near our daughter we also used her and we were happy we did. While there were few modern ranchers available she directed us to a builder in a newer neighborhood and we are thrilled with our new home and the location. And she went above and beyond required when we found our own buyer for our former home before we put it on the market she drew up the buy sell agreement to move forward with the transaction. Gina was absolutely amazing! I am a first time home buyer and can tell you I didn't know a lot about the process but Gina made me feel at ease. She was constantly in contact over calls/text/email keeping me up to date any chance she got. I am a night girl always working crazy hours but Gina is the same way!!
